War Strategy

Basic War Strategy 

In war, you should attack your ranking number first. Example: if you are #4 on war map, you should attack #4 on enemy war map. Everyone's first attack should be against the player their matched with. This attack should be done within the first 12 hours of war. Over the course of the next 6 hours, the bottom half, should clean up on the bottom half. Attack no more than 2 spaces lower than yourself. Example: #5 should not clean up lower than #7 unless #6-10 have tried a clean up and failed. During the last 6 hours, the top 5 should clean up where they can guarantee a 3 star or a 2 at minimum. After which, clean up is where needed. As a general rule of thumb, members ranking 1-3 should try to hold off on clean up until the last 3 hours of war.

If you are cannot guarantee an extra star on clean up, don't waste your time attacking a base you cannot defeat. Go after loot by attacking a base that you can start to get the war loot. This is especially important so that you have more resources for upgrades. This is the best case scenario particularly when we are winning so that you can maximize your war loot.
